Bikash Bhattacharjee
Bikash Bhattacharjee (1940–2006) was a prominent Indian painter from Kolkata, renowned for his realistic and surrealistic depictions of everyday life in Bengal. Orphaned at a young age, he studied at the Indian College of Art and Draftsmanship, graduating in 1963, and later taught at the Government College of Arts and Crafts.
